The inspection report has listed the defects found on your vehicle at the time of inspection these defects must be repaired to ensure that your vehicle meets the minimum roadworthiness standards in Qatar and the relevant traffic laws.

Please note the following points carefully :

1. One free of charge re-inspection is allowed for every paid inspection except drinking water tanker.
2. Defective parts under chassis and tires will be marked with yellow paint.
3. For re-inspection purpose do not use sealant on the repaired parts.
4. A full re-inspection of defective parts and related systems will be carried out where necessary.
5. It is the presenter’s responsibility to provide suitable proof that an item is original equipment manufacturer or approved where a dispute exists.
6. If you have a complaint please see our customer service staff as soon as you receive the online inspection report and before the vehicle is moved from the parking area.
7. FAHES will not accept responsibility for defects on inaccessible parts, unseen damages or non-testable items.
8. FAHES advise that:
   • The vehicle isn’t driven with any major defect for safety reasons.
   • Defects should be repaired by qualified mechanics in accordance with the recommendations of vehicle manufacturer.
9. The FAHES inspection PASSED report confirms that at the time of inspection the vehicle met the minimum requirement for the accessible testable items in accordance with the law. It is the driver’s responsibility to maintain this standard throughout the year as the inspection doesn’t consider or make allowance for future wear or deterioration.

في هذا التقرير تم ذكر الأعطال التي وجدها الفاحص في مركبتك، و يجب أن يتم إصلاح هذه الأعطال لتكون المركبة صالحة للإستخدام على الطريق و مطابقة لقوانين المرور و المواصفات في دولة قطر.

الرجاء مراعاة الأمور التالية بدقة:

1. أ‌) مع كل فحص مدفوع تحصل على فرصة إعادة فحص مجانية واحدة، بإستثناء تنكر مياه الشرب.
2. ب‌) لتمييز الأجزاء المتضررة أسفل المركبة و الإطارات التالفة، سوف يتم وضع الطلاء الأصفر عليها.
3. ت‌) تسهيلاً لعملية إعادة الفحص يرجى عدم إستخدام المعجون اللاصق على القطع التي تم إصلاحها.
4. ث‌) سوف يتم إجراء إعادة فحص كامل للأجزاء المتضررة و الأنظمة المتعلقة بها إذا دعت الحاجة لذلك.
5. ج‌) تقع مسؤولية إثبات قطع الغيار / الأجزاء المستعملة/ الإصلاح معتمدة من قبل صانع المركبة، على عاتق الشخص الذي يحضر المركبة إلى الفحص في حال وجود أي خلاف.
6. ح‌) إذا كان لديك أي شكوى بعد استلام نتيجة الفحص يرجى التوجّه إلى موظفي خدمة العملاء قبل مغادرة مركز فاحص.
7. خ‌) فاحص لن تتحمل مسؤولية الأجزاء التي لا يمكن الوصول إليها، او رؤيتها اوالتي لا يتم فحصها.
8. د‌) تنصح فاحص بــ :
   • عدم قيادة المركبة مع وجود أي خطأ رئيسي لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة.
   • إصلاح الأخطاء لدى الجهة الفنية المؤهلة، و حسب إرشادات صانع المركبة.
9. ذ‌) يؤكد التقريرالناجح الصادر من شركة فاحص، بأن المركبة إجتازت الحد الأدنى من متطلبات فحص الأجزاء المطلوبة و التي يمكن الوصول إليها وفقاً للقانون. و تقع مسؤولية المحافظة على معايير السلامة خلال السنة على عاتق سائق المركبة، لأن الفحص لا يتضمن إهتراء أو تلف الأجزاء في المستقبل.
