By ensuring a high level of quality in its products and services, WOQOD Vehicles Inspection (FAHES), is able to build a positive reputation for reliability and consistency. This magnifies consumer trust and confidence, in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Parallel with the growth and expansion of WOQOD businesses, the Quality Assurance evolved and faced up to the challenge of complying with continually improving international standards which now includes quality engineering controls for all construction projects.
WOQOD Vehicles Inspection (FAHES) have ISO Certificate in Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 for all of the business processes with the required flexibility to adapt to revisions from 2000 to 2008 and then the most recent updates from 2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
In addition, Quality Management System is now an Integrated Management System based on three standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
In response to every changing business and organization demand, Quality Assurance focuses on establishing up-to-date quality specifications, control standards and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating process efficiency and effectiveness. An effective, adaptive and consistent business process models ensure compliance to customer requirements with optimum resources, thereby, ensuring higher customer satisfaction.
