Note :

For External Inspection:-

• Inspection will be carried out within 3 working days from the date of payment/registration.

• Customer should attach a clear copy of the Istimara while registering.
• Exact location should be mentioned by the customer in order have a hassle free inspection.

• In case of gate pass, customer should mention their requirements for obtaining a gate pass and it's the customer responsibility to have it made.
• Our inspector will contact the number provided by the customer on the requisition one hour before the inspection or as preferred by the customer we may also inform him about our arrival in the morning.
• Customers may visit FAHES official website for any further clarifications, regarding any change in regulations or for references which would help them to avoid any unnecessary failure during inspection.
• The applicant must make sure to inform the contact person mentioned on the requisition in order to avoid any miscommunication.
• Post inspection the customer will receive a SMS on the number provided indicating the result of the inspection based on which he needs to proceed to the Traffic Department if the equipment/vehicle has passed the inspection or repair the defects and present it for a re-inspection before the date of expiry of the inspection cycle. For special cases like import /under test the customer will be presented with a hardcopy of the inspection report which is required by the traffic department for obtaining a new registration certificate.
• For vehicles other than equipment the customer needs to get an approval from the Traffic Department to have their vehicles inspected in external.
